In the latest April issue of Women's Health I worked on a Chicken feature which I shot with the extremely talented Romulo Yanes I was very excited to work with Romulo who spent many years working on the very missed Gourmet Magazine which still has an online presence but no longer exists in it's printed form, perhaps scarily the way of most magazines may go in the not so near future? Gourmet Magazine as many of you know was a magazine that ran from 1941 till 2009, It sadly closed due to a decline in Advertising sales. Women's Health, only 7 years old, however is thankfully still going strong with over 1.5 million readers. The brands magazine allows women a smart and organized approach to keeping their lives on track and staying healthy. 


The Chicken Story was briefed to me to be in the colors of green and soft pink, We had only 4 recipes so it was a short one. We also shot a great bulbs story on the same day that can also be seen in the same issue, but in all honesty, all I did was source a marble surface for that one : ) My first time with the magazine, I look forward to working with both Romulo and Women's Health some more in the future.
